How long does it take?
- Custom frames (made from your photo): dispatched within 3–5 working days of receiving your photo and design approval.
- Ready-made sets (quote frames): dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
- Transit time: 2–3 days around Rajasthan, 3–6 days for the rest of India.
Delivery charges
- No extra charge for choosing Cash on Delivery.
Where do you deliver?
- Anywhere in India that a courier service reaches.
- If your pincode is not serviceable, we tell you before taking the order.
- Tracking details are sent on WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched.
Packing
Every frame goes out with bubble wrap, hard corner protection and a double-layer carton.
We use unbreakable plexiglass instead of glass, so damage in transit is rare.
Returns, Replacement & Cancellation
What if it arrives damaged?
- Record an unboxing video while opening the parcel — this is the single most important thing.
- If you spot damage, send us that video on WhatsApp within 48 hours.
- Once verified, we ship a free replacement — no extra cost to you.
What if I received the wrong item?
If the size, design or product doesn't match your order, we arrange the return at our own
cost and send the correct frame. This also needs to be reported within 48 hours.
Returns on custom frames
Custom frames are made with your photo and your names or dates, so "changed my mind"
returns aren't possible. That is exactly why we send a
design preview before printing — nothing goes to print until you approve it.
Cancelling an order
- Before printing starts: cancelled free of charge.
- After printing starts: custom orders can no longer be cancelled.
- Ready-made sets: cancel any time before dispatch.
Refusing a COD parcel
If COD parcels are refused repeatedly, we will only accept prepaid orders from that number
in future. If you no longer want the order, please tell us before it is dispatched.
Privacy Policy
What we collect
- Your name, mobile number, email and delivery address — only to get your order to you.
- The photos you send — only to build your frame.
What we don't do
- We never sell or share your number or address with anyone
(apart from the courier company, which needs the address to deliver).
- We never use your personal photos on our social media or in advertising
without your permission.
- Once your order is complete, we delete your photo files from our systems.
On this website
This website stores your cart and order details only in your own browser (localStorage).
That data never reaches a server of ours — an order only comes to us when you send it
on WhatsApp.

How an order is confirmed
- Placing an order on the website is a request. The order is confirmed when we confirm
it on WhatsApp.
- Custom orders need your photo and design approval. If the photo doesn't arrive, the
order is held for 7 days and then cancelled.
Prices and availability
- All prices on this website are in INR and include the frame, print, plexiglass,
backboard and packing.
- Prices may change without notice, but the price of an already-confirmed order
never changes.
Rights over your photo
You are responsible for the photo you send us — it must be yours, or you must have the
right to use it. We do not print photos that belong to someone else's copyright.
Print and colour
The final print depends on the quality of the photo you send. A very small or blurry
photo printed at a large size may lose clarity — if we think that will happen, we tell
you in advance. A slight difference between screen colours and printed colours is normal.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction
of the courts of Churu, Rajasthan.
