2. Products & Customization
– We create custom photo frames, posters and handmade art based on your instructions. Provide clear image files and specifications during checkout. – Colors may vary slightly from digital previews due to material/printing processes.
3. Order Acceptance & Payment
– Orders are accepted subject to availability and payment confirmation. – We use Razorpay for online payments. Transaction confirmation comes from Razorpay and from FrameLagao via email/SMS.
4. Pricing & Taxes
– Product prices displayed include/ exclude GST as specified on product pages. (Show clearly on each product page whether price includes GST.) – Shipping charges and applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
5. Delivery & Shipping
– Estimated delivery times are provided on product pages and at checkout. Shipping timelines depend on location and customisation time. – We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or force majeure events.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
– For custom products, cancellations are not accepted once production has started. (See full Refund & Cancellation Policy page.) – For wrong/defective items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos.
7. Liability
– Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. – We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
8. Intellectual Property
– All designs, images and content on the site are property of FrameLagao or licensed partners.
9. Governing Law
– These Terms will be governed by the laws of India and disputes are subject to courts in Sadulpur,Churu, Rajasthan.
