Cancellation & Refund Policy — FrameLagao

FrameLagao strives for 100% customer satisfaction. This page explains our cancellation, return and refund procedures for orders placed at https://www.framelagao.com.
– Orders for non-custom products: Can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order (before packing begins). Contact help@framelagao.com.
– Orders for fully custom/personalized products (custom frames, custom posters, handmade commissioned art): Cancellation will NOT be accepted once the order has entered production. Production typically begins within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
– As our products are custom and fragile, returns are accepted only in case of:
a) Wrong item delivered (product significantly different from your order), or
b) Damaged/defective item on delivery.
– Please inspect the item immediately upon delivery. If damaged/wrong, record an unboxing video and photos and email help@framelagao.com within 24 hours of delivery.
– Replacement or refund will be processed only after verification.
– If a refund is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment. Razorpay processes source refunds and the time taken for funds to reflect depends on the customer’s bank/card issuer (generally **5–7 business days** for cards/netbanking; timelines may vary).
– Refund will be net of any shipping charges and applicable deductions if mentioned at the time of order.
– Refund status and details will be communicated by email to the customer.
– Email help@framelagao.com with: Order ID, reason, photos/videos (if applicable), contact number.
– We will acknowledge within 2 business days and update within 7–10 business days after verification.
– If the product is found defective/wrong, we will either replace the product at no cost or initiate a refund (customer’s choice), subject to availability.
